At Eclife, we want you to love your home and your purchase. We understand that home improvement products and large vanities are heavy, bulky, and prone to secondary damage during return transit. To provide the fastest possible resolution and support global sustainability by reducing unnecessary freight shipping emissions, Eclife operates a "No-Return-Required" Free Replacement Program for all quality-related issues. You do not need to hassle with repackaging and shipping heavy items back to us.
Damaged or Defective Items (Quality Issues)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please do not worry. We will ship standard replacement parts or a completely new unit to you at zero cost to you.
Verification Process & Requirements:
To help our quality control team analyze the issue and dispatch the correct parts immediately, please submit your request within 30 days of delivery following these steps:
- Submit a Request: Email our customer support team at service@eclifeusa.com with your Order Number.
- Provide Visual Proof: Provide clear photos or a short video showing the affected product/part from a few different angles. If the external packaging shows signs of transit damage upon arrival, please include a photo of the outer shipping box.
- Fast Resolution: Once vetted and approved by our team, your replacement parts or new item will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. A tracking number will be sent to you immediately.
Customer Remorse Returns (Changed Mind / Wrong Size)
Because we provide free shipping on our heavy items to keep our pricing highly competitive, we strongly encourage all customers to meticulously measure their space and review product specifications before ordering. If you wish to return an item due to personal preferences or reasons not related to quality (e.g., mismeasurement, wrong color choice, or no longer needed):
- The item must be in brand-new, uninstalled, and un-assembled condition, kept entirely in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for arranging, securing, and paying for the freight return shipping to our authorized third-party liquidation center. Please note that return freight for bulky furniture typically ranges from $100 to $250+ depending on your location.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover processing and warehouse handling.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement, provided the warehouse has not processed the item for loading and dispatch.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been picked up by our freight carriers, it cannot be cancelled or intercepted in transit. It will be treated under Section 3 (Customer Remorse Returns).
